Description

Properties：White Crystalline Powder, the relative density is 2.54g/cm3. The melting point is 620～640℃. It is soluble in water, it is highly soluble in aqueous solutions with excellent dispersion properties.It has excellent chelating ability.
Application: Sequestering agent for calcium and magnesium in food products; highly soluble in aqueous solutions; excellent dispersion properties; low sodium meats, Poultry, processed seafoods,pocessed cheeses, soups and sauces, noodle products, petfoods, modified starches, processed blood.
Packing: In double layer bags of 25Kg net. It must be stored in places well ventilated and dry.
Storage: Store at a cool, dry and well ventilated place. The package must be moistureproof and well sealed. Handle with care. During transportation, please avoid rains and strong sunshine. In case of fire, please use water,sandy soil or all kinds of fire extinguishers to quench it.
