Description
We use only the best quality pure copper for the lance tips. The lance tip is exposed to extreme temperatures inside the furnace. Our lance tips are manufactured to ensure that maximum interior surface of the lance tip is in contact with circulating cooling water, thus providing long life of the lance tips.
The lance tip nozzles are precision engineered and machined to very low tolerances, to ensure proper oxygen flow rate as per the requirement of the furnace, maximum bath penetration and also to ensure the proper distribution pattern over the bath.
