fiber producing and filling into pillow, cushion and sofa etc.
? It is assembled by one balling machine unit, fiber transporter and silo,
one filling device.
? The whole line is controlled by PLC system that can be handled by 2
operators; one of them works for raw material feeding and another for the
filling device.
? Raw material works directly to the ball fiber machine that can be 3D,
7D and 15D conjugate siliconized polyester fiber; 32mm fiber works also.
? By 2 pin balling roller, the finished fiber ball is more elasticity, good
hand feeling and beautiful; without hurting the silicon.
? The fiber ball size can be adjusted from the control system according to
the processing time.
? The filling weight can be controlled by the weighing system with
tolerance about 30g each.
? The key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like
Siemens, Omron and Schneider.
? Professional roller balance processing;
? Automatic clamp and simple operation, so that no special skill
requirement for the operator.
