1.?Warranty time: All machines are guaranteed for one year free ,If equipment breaks down due to quality issue, supplier offers free spare parts for replacement(Except for human error). On-site service also provided after consultation of both parties.
2. Installation & training: The seller can send the engineer to the buyer site to install and debug the system, and also provides training. However the buyer should be responsible for engineer’s round air tickets, visa, meals, accommodation and safety, and also pay USD80 per day to engineer as the salary.
