liquid rtv silicone rubber for PU/poly resin, unsaturated resin, plaster, candles and gypsums crafts, toys, soap, statuary ,casting molds making,etc.

Cures at room temperature within 2-4 hours.

B. Good fluidity and good operability and good for pouring method.

liquid rtv silicone rubber curing agent and silicone proportion and reaction(Under room-temperature-25C)1.Added with 2 percent of curing agent, silicone can still flow within 1.2-1.6 hours, mold can be released in 7-8 hours.
2.Added with 3 percent of curing agent, silicone can still flow within 1-1.2 hours, mold can be released in 6-7 hours.
3.Added with 4 percent of curing agent, silicone can still flow within 40-50 minutes, mold can be released in 5-6 hours.

1. deal with original moulds
2. brush on release agent
3. correct weigh accoring to mixng ratio
4. stir the two component evenly
5. vacuum-pumping
6. pouring
