Q1. When I got this machine, butI did not know how to use it. What should I do?

We will send video and English manual with the machine. If you still have some doubts, we can talk by telephone or skype.

Q2. If some problems happend to this machine during warranty period, what should I do?

We will supply free parts in machine warranty period if machine have some problem. While we also supply free after - service forever, so any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions in 30 minuts.

Q3. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, about 1 hours from Beijing, 2 hours from Shanghai and 2.5 hours from Guangzhou. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q4. How can I get some samples?

1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

2, Regarding the courier cost, you can arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight directly to your local carrier company.

Q5. Do You Arrange Shipment For The Machines?

Yes, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.

Q6. How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L and other certificates as required by clients.

Q7. How is the packing?
