Betanin(75%-95%),yellow betaxanthin,isobetanin, isoprebetanine and degradation product of beet pigment are the main parts of the beet root red.Also contains Sugar, salt and protein of beet.We can see reddish violet to modena liquid with our naked eyes.It is easily water-soluble. It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from the rootstalk of Beta vulgaris var.rubra(be commonly referred to as garden beet) by modern biotechnology.Widely used in cold drink, milk product,fruit and heating needless food as reddish violet coloring. Unsuitable for beverage.
