Structural features and application scopes of Big Dipper secondary crushing appliance:
1.Structural features:
(1)Equipped with dust removal equipment,it facilitates the recovery of metal and other materials in the small dust and environmental protection.
(2)Cutters are made of 45#steel,and treated through the surface rigidity and wearability treatment which can ensure the cutters are durable and flexible and without fracture.
2.Application scopes:
It is mainly used for fine crushing the materials that have been primarily crushed.it adopts rotary cutting blade which could grind and cut the primary crushed materials and disaggregate metals and non-metals well.The crushing process can grind,abrasion cut and hammer the primary crushed materials to make the material loosen,disaggregate metals and non-metals. The final materials were processed in the form of powder and the particle diameter is less than 2mm.
