Description
On the basis of FM Butt Fusion Welding Machine, PFM-315 is installed with controlling system that uses PLC as its core and a printer that can print the data out, all of which make the autocontrol welding process come true.
The system is designed with two different operating programs: one is for supervisor; the other one is for operator. The parameter inputted by the supervisor according to the standard cannot be changed anymore. The operator only needs to input the diameter and the walk thickness. Then the system will calculate the welding parameter and guide the operator, which ensure the veracity and credibility.
In addition, PEM-315 has memorial function, which can record two hundreds pieces welding parameter that can be printed out at any moment. All these features guarantee the welding process credible and correct
