Description

Blade sharpening DMSQ-S is widely used in straight blade such as paper-cutting tools, plastic cutting tools and cloth cutting tools, wood working tools, doctor blade ,tools for press brake and shearing machine etc.
Wheelhead System
01. Water-cooled motor (patent): cooling water emitted from the central wheel, center so that the effect of cooling become better

Machine Structure
01. Gantry-type body: carbon constructional quality steel which has been heat treatment

Loading Knife Structure
01. Electric magnetic chuck: uniform suction, milling knife is more straight-line, effectively improved the work efficiency

02. Grinding wheel automatic feed: automatic feed to grind knife
03. The polishing wheel head removes the knife chip devices: using combined wool wheel polishing, can fully remove the knife chip
