Instant Dissolving Softener EA

Chemical Composition: Imidazoline fatty acid compound

Appearance: pale yellow flakes
PH value: 4.5~6.5(5~10% solution)
Ionicity: cationic


Dissolving Method

Cold water: Add the flakes in water(30 degree Celsius) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 3-5mins, then leave them aside for 1-2 hours, stir them again gradually to get an even paste.

Warm water: Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in
the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 3-5mins, heat up to 50-60 degree
Celsius and stir them for 30-60mins again until the flakes become an even
paste, then cool it down.


Properties

1. Impart very soft and smooth handle to cotton and synthetic fiber;
2. Lower foaming and excellent antistatic properties.


Field of Application:

For all kinds of fibers, especially for cotton, T/C, and synthetic fiber.


Application

Padding: Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution)Temperature:30～40 degree Celsius
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.

Dipping: Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f) (10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 40～50 degree Celsius ; Time: 30mins


Storage

Shelf life: 12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.

Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag
