Appearance: pale yellow or yellowish brown viscous liquid
Ionicity: cationic
PH value: 3~4 (5~10% solution)
Dissolving Method
Add the product (10~50%) in water (30℃) gradually, stir the mixture (for about 30-60mins) until it completely dissolved in even paste.
Properties
1. Impart soft and smooth handle to fabric;
2. Treated materials with good hydrophilic and rewetting property;
3. Low foaming.
Field of Application:
1. Applied to softening and hydrophilic finishing of cotton, linen, silk and blended fabric;
2. Applied to napping, fluffing and antistatic finishing of fabric.
Application
Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10%solution) Temperature: 30~40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.
Dipping:
Dosage: 3~10% (o.w.f) (10%solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 30mins
Storage
Shelf life: 12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
Packing: 120kg plastic drum
