Silicone scraper are especially useful for mixing wet and dry ingredients together, as well as scraping the sides of mixing bowls. Silicone is especially suited for these kitchen tasks because of its smooth edges and sturdiness.The KNIFE SHAPE fits into tight spots in a pan or in jar bottoms. Edges are smoothly tapered to a sharp point for scraping. The smooth matte surfaces compliment the contours for perfect spreading.Core,made of nylon and coated with silicone fits the hand for a confident grip.The weighting and length are ideal for wielding in a variety of kitchen tasks from mixing, folding, serving, spreading, scraping, stirring and flipping. Use it in a batter or at the stove.
