Working Mode Setting:

Turn off the power switch, use your right hand press the & quot; + & quot; and & quot; - & quot; button in same time, don’t move your right hand, use your left hand to turn on the power switch all at once, display shows & quot; C & quot;sign in it , Press ” * ” button, display shows “---“ sign, enter factory original password ”000” and then press” * ” to confirm, display will show “0.1-“ sign, pressing the & quot; + & quot; and & quot; - & quot; button at the same time, display show “X “ sign, it means soldering station now in working mode selection, press “ + ” or “ - ” button to choose the number that your working mode needing, YMK High Frequency Soldering Station got 16 kinds working mode for your option.
Working Mode is selected, press & quot; * & quot; button for the confirmation and the selected mode is saved automatically.

# High frequency current heating ; Rapid heating and quick thermal recovery, suitable for lead free soldering. Many types of tips are available for replacements.
# Micro computer control; set temperature only by pressing keys; temperature calibrated digitally; more functions available, such as auto sleeping, auto shut-off.
# Auto and manual soldering wire feeding are optional. Using Imported motor, feeding speed, feeding volumes, interval time could be regulated.
# Two types of feeding hose optional, easy to use. Long hose suitable for fixed soldering.
# Pedal switch or manual switch to choose from. Soldering direction may be changed as needed and soldering can be agile and convenient.

Calibrating?Temperature Between Soldering Station And Tip :
While you re-set a temperature and use the Temperature Tester to check the tip if the temperature match with soldering station temperature or not, if the temperature is not match, then you need to calibrate the tip temperature, the step as below:
Example: re-set temperature is 380°C and tip temperature is 350 °C.
Enter the tip temperature 350 °C into soldering station and wait for soldering station self-correction, after several seconds, the soldering station is back to 380°C, and then use the Temperature Tester to test the temperature at tip, it should be show 380°C as well, +/- 5 °C is allowed.
* Recommend using the 191/192 temperature tester.

Auto Sleep Mode Operation:
If you have been chose the working mode with “ auto sleep & auto shutdown” , it will be show “ ---“ in display if soldering iron not use for over 20 minutes, by now the temperature of soldering tip will be down to 200 °C if the setting working temperature greater or equal to 200 °C or down to 50°C if the setting working temperature below 200 °C , station will keep this temperature until recover the soldering.
There are three ways to wake up sleeping:
1. Turn off the power switch and then turn on again.
2. Press any button in Station.
3. Pick up the soldering iron.
Please attention that it can’t wake up If the Soldering station over 40 minutes in sleeping condition, soldering iron will cut off the power supply in automatically and no any showing in display.
