1. What is your sample rule and sample time?

Samples (incl. shipping cost) must be paid by the customers. We need about 5-10 days to make custom samples.

3. What is Minimum Order Quantity ?
Our MOQ is usually 300 pcs per color and design in mixed sizes. For new customized apparel, the MOQ is 500pcs per
color and design .

4. What is your production time ?
Normally, it is about 14-60 days, depending on our production schedule, for quantity below 5000pcs. But for some
special fabrics or workmanship will be longer.

5. What sizes do you sell and what are the measurements?
We have Asian, European, American and African size standards. Ideally, we suggest our customers to provide us their
size specifications.

6.What is the payment term?
We accept 30% T/T Deposit, the rest must be paid before shipment.
We also can accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

7. What delivery options (if any) do you have?
According to the volume and request, we can ship by air, sea (LCL, 20& acute;, 40& acute; Container). For the samples we usually ship with DHL, Fedex, SCS,TNT or UPS.

8.Which kind of fabrics and colors available?
Fabrics and colors can be customized as your request. The best way is to send us your main sample (if any) and we will produce a & quot;golden sample& quot; for your approval.

9, What& acute;s your quality grade?
With enough experience in the export to western market, we know what kind of quality is required. Although, any other
quality grade can be achieved according to the specifications.

10, Where your factory located?
Our factory is located in Jiaxing City. For a visit, please let us know in advance that we can arrange hotel or pickup at your convenience.

What is our quality control system?

1. Material inspection: All material will be inspected by our Q/C before or when porducing for all goods.

2. Production inspection: Our Q/C will inspect all production procedures and production reports will be issued and sent to you.

3. Product and packing inspection: Final inspection report will be issued and sent to you.

4. Shipment advice will be sent to customers with loading photos.

How do we reach and accomplish your order?

1. Your rough or specific inquiry, if possible with exact requirement, quantity, pictures or drawings.

2. Our professional quotation within 5 working days. If urgent, please let us know.

3. If samples needed, we arrange samples according to your requirement as per our sampling policy.

4. You confirm order with specific requirement and agreed prices, price term,payment term and delivery time between us.

5. You receive our proforma invoice(s) with our bank information and proceed payment in due course.

6. We shall arrange production stages as soon as we receive your payment advice.

7. Middle time production report with photos will be sent to you and also reconfirm accomplished date.

8. Final production and inspection report with photos will be sent to you and advise estimated shipment date.

9. Balance payment should be made if goods will be sent by air or courier as soon as you receive our report.

10. Balance payment should be made as soon as you receive our copy of B/L

11. All relevant documents will be sent you as soon as we receive your balance payment.
