EP Multi-ply Rubber Conveyor Belt
1) Application:
The EP conveyor belts is also called polyester nylon conveyor belts.The tension resistant body of the EP Conveyor belt or polyester conveyor belt is canvas woven by polyester in warp and polyamine in weft. Owing to high initial modulus of polyester, these conveyor belts can choose a low safety factor. EP conveyor belts keep high intensity in humidity condition, which is helpful for transferring the washy material or working on wet condition.
These EP conveyor beltings or polyester conveyor belts are compatible with long distance conveying with high load, speed & impact bulk materials. These EP conveyor belting or polyester conveyor beltings can be used in diverse industries for material handling applications, such as mining industry,chemical industry, electric power station, metallurgy, cement plant, sand plant, logistics, agricutural and construction field.
The EP conveyor belts are suitable for the transportation of lump, granular,powdery, paste and liquid materials.
2) Structure:
The anti-tear carcass material is polyester canvas plies, matched with top and bottom rubber covers, and finished through the processes of calendaring, firming and vulcanizing, etc.
3) Features:
The belt has the advantages of light and thin, high tensile strength, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, excellent groove formation performance, large capacity, long conveying distance and long service life, etc.
