Description

Working principle
After quenching of the material through the feed hopper, by centrifugal force generated by the rotation ring mold and knives’ action,materials are sent into two pressing areas(inside of the ring die) uniformly, the materials are compacted gradually by the ring die and pinch roller, then squeezed into holes of the ring die and formed into pellet; as the material between the mold pressing stick is continuous, so the material from the mold after forming columnar hole continuously discharged, then cut to sizes according to customers’ need.
