- Introduction

ZS Linear Vibrating Screen functions to classify materials based on their various particle sizes for further processing. This vibrating screen consists of screen box, screen mesh, supporting device, damping spring, driving unit and etc. ZS Linear Vibrating Screen adopts dual-vibrating motors to operate, in which when the two motors rotate synchronously in opposite direction, exciting forces generated by the eccentric blocks offset each other in parallel to the direction of motor axis and then converted as one resultant force across the motor axis direction, thereby causing the movement of the materials to be in a linear motion. The acting force with the weight of material caused materials to be tossed and move forward on the screen deck for screening.
