Description
Hydraulic Automatic container spreaders can be used with gantry crane, bridge crane, floating crane and gate crane. It is suitable to both ISO 20 ft and 40 ft containers and its lifting capacity is 45 T. The spreader is driven by hydraulic system. Its automatic working provides high efficiency, especially for large container loading and unloading yard.
This spreader is suitable the double-link portal crane or jib crane, and the main paraments is as follows:
1, Suitable for 20`-40` telescopic spreader

3, lifting capacity of four lugs: 10t*4
4, Dead weight: ~7800
5, dead weight of rotation hook: 1600kg
6, Power: AC380V(3phase)50Hz or 60Hz

Usage: The usage of rings-type container lock heads and inserted container lock heads is same. Equipped with four wire ropes; it is a simple container spreader.
Insert into four holes at the top of the container, manually rotate 90 degrees and put down stopping lock plate, the spreader can lift.
The lock heads at downside of the container are normally used to lift the container without top. They are equipped together with wire rope to lift.
