It gets its extra strength from a unique construction process that ensures greater rigidity and strength, enabling it to endure the additional force required for long duct runs with multiple bends and sweeps. A braided wrap of reinforcing fibers increases its rigidity and helps bond the core with the outer plastic coating. The coating is made from a polymer blend for greater toughness and superior abrasion resistance to ensure extra long life.
The Reel Rod has a sturdy, powder coated, steel tube frame and features a 16& quot; diameter storage basket. Up to 400 ft. of rod can be stored in this basket. A light adjustable brake prevents the rod from reeling out of the basket under its own tension. The standard Reel Rods include a male rod end and a pulling eye.
Constructed of fiberglass reinforced in the center and consists of a rugged plastic layer that would ensure the lifetime of the flexible rod.
Assembly: metal frame and rubber wheels, Wheel assembly for easy transportation; Guide rollers and the right parts for rotary coupling; parking brake for the flexible rod.
There is copper wire inside for tracing easily.
Polyethylene cover: Medium density polyethylene resin for the insulating and jacketing of cables.
