Description
For most patients, the recommended dose is 50 mg taken, as needed approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. However, Silagra may be taken anywhere from 4 hours to 0.5 hour before sexual activity. Based one ffectiveness and toleration, the dose may be increased to a maximum recommended dose of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day. Contraindications Use of Silagra is contraindicated in patients with a known hyper sensitivityto any component of the tablet. Consistent with its known effects on thenitric oxide/cGMP pathway, sildenafil was shown to potentiate the hypotensive effects of nitrates, and its administration to patients who areconcurrently using organic nitrates in any form is therefore contraindicated. You will need to have a thorough medical exam to diagnose your erectile dysfunction and to find out if you can safely take SILAGRA alone or with your other medicines.
