Description
The bucket elevator is a kind of continues conveying machinery. It consists of the shell, traction machine(conveying chain), hoppers, diving wheel(head wheel), the direction changing wheel(tail wheel), tensioning device, guiding device, feed inlet and discharging port.
The machine was manufactured by using a series of hoppers that evenly and fixedly connected on the traction machine, to supply materials through the vibration table into hoppers. It transports materials by automatic continuous operation.
It can regulate speed and adjust the lifting height according to the transport amount. The hopper is designed and manufactured according to actual needs.
The bucket elevator has such significant advantages as large transportation quantity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation and long service life. Its main performance and parameter conform to the international standard and advanced foreign technology. The machine is applied to transport powders, annular objects of small shaped, such us coals, cements, stones, sands, clay, ores, etc. It has good sealing performance and little environmental pollution. As the traction machine of the bucket elevator are ring chains, it& acute;s allowed to transport materials with high temperature(not more than 250 centigrade). The general height of transport is around 40 meters, TG type can reach 80 meters.
