Unitanks (fermentation tank and bright beer tank)
1.Double wall food grade stainless steel 304 material
2.Cooling jacket use dimple jacket

4.On the bottom of the fermentation tank is designed to 600 resist compression cone
5.On the bottom cone is equipped with sample valve and drain outlet
6.Above the top of the tank is equipped with lifting ears
7.Inside of the unitanks are equipped with the spray balls
8.The manhoe can be made on the side or the top of the tanks
9.Design pressure of the tank is 0.3MPa/ bar
10.Working pressure of the tanks are 0.15MPa / bar
Cooling system and cleaning system and Control system
1.Cooling system is included the refrigerating unit,Ice water tank,circulate pump
2.The unit cooler is consist of expansive valve,compressure machine, evaporimeter,condenser and other necessary accessories.
3.CIP system includes the washing pump,moving vegicle,sterilization tank,alkali tank
4.The controler has 2 types: semi-automatic control panel or touch screen panel
