In order to facilitate free trade and make sure the safety of certain products, European countries have facilitated a series of standards and directives, requiring that those products shall meet these standards and requirements. It is the responsibility of the manufacturers or the agents to apply CE certification for their products. Products with the CE mark indicate that they comply with the related European directives. This is mandatory for products entering into European market.

If the products sold in the European market be found failing to meet the relevant requirements and directives, they will be prohibited to sell or recalled from the market.
