2/The unwinder adopts the non-shaft core,clip the material with the thread rod. It use the electric jogging to control material’s looseness and tightness. It adopts the hydraulic to realize the material’s fraction lifting operation.
3/Each guide roller has the antislipping adhesive tapes.
4/The rewinding adopts the precise smooth distance air shaft, hydraulic holder, pneumatic pressure position. It is equipped with material-unloading shaft.
5/The edge correcting controller is high speed static correcting. Its moving distance is 120mm.
6/It adopts the round knife and flat knife to slit.
7/The system has meter counting, roller diameter calculating and material lacking protecting function, achieving slitting with the meter counter and rolling diameter.
8/The system integrate the machine、electric, pneumatic design together. And it adopts the complete security protecting methods.
