Description
auto sleeve packaging machine, auto PE sleeve wrapper,Auto Sleeve Packager (with trays)+ PE Shrink Tunnel are suitable for the shrink package of various bottles or cans with trays (half boxes), such as Pet bottles of the mineral water、Glass bottles of the beer、Beverage bottles、Pop cans and so on.
It works with the (PE) constant shrink tunnel to do the whole working process automatically, that is auto feeding sleeve wrapping、sealing and cutting、shrinking and cooling. Applicable to the package of PE or PVC shrink film
It adopts AIRTAC cylinder, OMRON programmable PLC, ROKO photoelectric switch and other famous electrical units.
The heating cutter is coated with TEFLON to prevent sticking to the film.
Auto protection function avoid cut the products mistakenly and protect the operator at the same time.
Max packing size: L600×320×300mm
Packing speed: 8-15pcs/minute
Sealing and cutting time/temperature: 0.5-1.5S/normal
