TS-320S/360S fingerless single facer
Purpose and Characteristics:
1. 320S Design Speed: 120m/min
2. 360S Design Speed: 150m/min
3. Effective width: 1400mm-2500mm
4. Corrugated roller: φ320 (φ360) mm
5. Wallboard thickness: 150mm
6. Drive reducer box with oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable. Adopt gimbal transmission. Separate power. (Optional)
7. Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment.
8. Cardboard transmits adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system. Keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
9. Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.
10. Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.
11. It upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The hardness HRC58°-60°, the surface is grinded.
12. The glue part surface is treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
13. Motorized or manual gluing width matches the width of paper
14. Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped.
