Q2?. Can I get a free sample? If it& acute;s not free, can I get refound when I place an order?
Customers need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost. As you know , hundreds of our clients ask for samples each Month , it& acute;s a heavy burden for us. But you will get sample fee refound when we get your bulk order . And our regular customers do not need to pay sample cost . Samples are dispached within 7-15 Days .
