KYLT 30T Battery lead bushing and terminal injection machines (also called: Pb casting machine or Pb injection machine) are specially used to cast lead alloy part for lead acid battery. With molds of battery bushing and terminal, the machine can do casting work automatically, don& acute;t need worker to care all time, is good for the healthy of operator.
Now, KYLT 12T, 18T, 20T, 22T (PLC), 30T die casting machine provide & quot;CUSTOMIZED SERVICE& quot;.
All machines motor can be changed as per customers local power supply.
Now, we have 3types motor:
*380V,50HZ,3PHASES 4WIRES - for China market and india market
*380V,60HZ,3PHASES 4WIRES - for Brazil market
*220V,60HZ,3PHASES - for some regions of Brazil and Taiwan
KYLT hot chamber lead (Pb) die casting machine,also named,zinc(Zn.) hot chamber injection machine, lead(Pb.) injection metal injection machine,zinc injection machine,zinc metal injection machine or metal casting machine.
We have 12T,18T,20T,22T(PLC),30T hot chamber die casting machines for our client to choose.Those machines can be used to cast, zinc(Zn. or Zamark), lead(Pb.), Tin alloy etc low melting point materials.
Main used to cast: zinc auto parts, zinc zipper head and puller,zinc spoon, coin, lable, logo, jewelry, battery lead(Pb.) bushing and terminal etc.
