Advantages of Vacuum Sausage Filler
1. Made of high-quality stainless steel which is up to the food hygiene standards.
2. It fills the sausage under the vacuum condition, the vacuum degree can reach -0.09Mpa and reduces the amount of bacteria to the minimum.
3. It adopts the closed loop control system that can ensure the quantitative accuracy, and the error of minced product is less than 2g, the error of massive product is less than 5g.
4. It adopts the sophisticated electronic portioning system and it can be adjusted from 5g to 9999g freely.
5. The machine is filled by vane pump, driven by servomotor, operated with human-computer interface and equipped with automatic kink system.
6. Pump body, impeller and blade are all adopt the special heat treatment and are highly polished, so the machine is of good wear-ability and nice appearance.
7. It can be used with automatic sausage tying machine and sausage clipping machine to realize the automatic production of the sausage.
