Description
There are two types of Jaw crusher: Coarse jaw crusher (PE series)and Fine jaw crusher (PEX series)based on size of finished materials.
One-Piece Casting Frame Jaw Crusher
1). Supersonic inspection are applied to detect the blowhole in casting process to reduce the possibilities of breakage for the whole frame.
2). Cast steel frame can bear more vibration and crash which allows a 30% higher throughput capacity compared with the same type welding jaw crusher.
3). Longer service life guarantees a stable performance of the whole production line, which could to minimize losses caused by downtime.
4). Reinforcement fillets are designed in the casing body to strengthen the frame
