Application
1. This printing line is specially used in PVC buckle board for printing, UV glazing, paint leveling and UV drying feathered with high efficiency and bright and vivid effect.
2. Mainly used in PVC buckle, plastic-steel buckle board and the forth.
3. Design can be made according to buyers’drawing, the precision can up to 98.8% or above.
4. Wood, marble vein and other decorative designs can be printed by changing design cylinders.
5. Speed adjusted by transducer can reach 0-30 m/min.
6. Multi-color printing is available to make more solid.
7. Pneumatic diaphragm pump is applied to draw paint, paint can be recycled,no wastage.
