4:The no-crease open-width system: The machine adopts the latest winder system and is equipped with the roller shifting device to ensure the uniform stitch density of fabric. The operation is easy and convenient. It effectively removes creases in cloth caused by common winders, and makes it suitable for double air layer fabric material of chemical fibers and cotton, such as the high quality nylon, polyester and filament.
5: Combining the characteristics of double jersey and crease-free for cloths from knitting machines. High fabric output, equipped with a large diameter cylinder and high-speed motor; automatic cutting system to ensure unnecessary fabric loss.
6:Equipped with 2 tracks dial cams and 4 tracks cylinder cams, just change the cams’ arrangement, then you can change the fabric patterns to meeting the market need.
7: The material of cams is made by special imported heating disposal and designed by CAD/CAM to ensure the needle can running smoothly to prolong the needle life.
