(1)The only one small power laser machine manufacture to use 5 steps of laser tube testing technology. A. Laser spot testing; B. Power testing; C. Lifespan testing; D. Air pressure testing; E. Current pounding testing.
(2)It through 600° C heat treatment, 24 hours cooling in the oven, 8 meters gantry milling, accurate CO2 protection welding, to make sure 20 years usage without deformation.
(3)Use the collimator install and adjust guide rail, precision: 0.01mm. Synchronizing wheels bouncing testing to avoid saw tooth when cutting and precision reaches 0.02mm.
(4)Patented laser upper and lower blower system (it’s optional, you can use it or not), to extract 80% dust and smoke.
