ER-45 hardener?is a kind of special rubber adhesive for splicing hardener, which can accelerate the

neoprene rubber, natural rubber, polyurethane adhesive splicing speed, improve the adhesive

temperature resistance and water resistance.

According to different adhesive, add 2% to 8% of the total adhesive, it is widely used in all kinds of

conveyor belt cold vulcanized adhesive.

Usage
?


1. Surface treatment: Polish the conveyor belt or fabric with steel wire wheels uniformly, must not
?
???????????????????????????????????? wounded with fabric;

2. Wash: Wash the surface with LPT360 cleaner carefully until without any dirt;
?
3. Drying: Natural drying or heating drying;
?
4. Mixture: Mixing the adhesive and ER-45 hardener by 100:4, and used up within two hours.
?
?????????????????? When you want to use, you can mix for use;
?
5. Coating Adhesive: Coating Adhesive need 3 times. Each coating should be thin and uniform,
?
???????????????????????????????????? when the adhesive dry and not glue the hand, please coating the adhesive again.
?
6. Splice: After the last glue dry and not glue the hand, but good adhesive force, splice is ok.
?
???????????????? When you splice, please notice the center line of the conveyor belt, two bonding surface

???????????????? should be matched one time. After splice, beat it tightly from middle to around.
?
7. Seal process: Use CMX918 for processing of the joint. Polish and Brush Seams with the rubber

??????????????????????????? adhesive and natural drying. After mixing the rubber adhesive and hardener, use it in

??????????????????????????? the joint seams quickly and let it smooth.
