Our own factory plant was built in 2005, located in No. 21, Buyue rd, Pukou Economic Development Zone, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. Mainly focus on developing and manufacturing : storage racking system and material handling equipment.

We have 30,000 square meters of construction area, 6 nos. of upright, beam and bracing roll-forming lines, 2 nos of fully robotic beam welding machines, 1 no. of steel shelf roll forming production line, 1 no. of steel pallet production line, 40 nos. of carbon dioxide welding machines, complete set of surface pre-treatment and automatic electrostatic powder coating line. Yearly production capacity up to 18,000 tons at present.

Our Qulaity Control System:

We mainly do quality inspections from 4 stages.
?
a) Raw material test: All of our steel coils are purchased from two nominated steel suppliers nearby Nanjing city. They are required to offer Mill Test Certificate for each purchase batch, which test and clarified clearly including but not limited to their steels’ Yield Strength , Tensile Strength, Proof Strength, Percentage Elongation after Fracture, Percentage Reduction of Area, Bending Testing, thickness of Plating, Zinc Coating Mass test..etc. Our raw materials’ physical performance and chemical properties are guaranteed by supplier. Clients are also able to request for the Mill Test Certificate or arrange third party like SGS to pick sample section from his shipment to do test. When the raw materials are arrived to our plant, the warehouse manager will check the dimensions, quantities and weight roll by roll before storage.

b) Production & Semi-finished Management: Mostly labors are local residents and they started to work since the factory was built, stable and experienced. We print and put up detailed production drawing and plan on each welding workbench, the workshop director guide and do random sampling continuously during duty time.

c) Finished Products Management: Normally we have 3 staffs to do the quality management for each order. The reliability point is that these 3 staffs are : QC staff, this order’s sales and this order’s technician. After checking the color and quantity, they will assemble at least 1 set to complete the load capacity test, anti-seismic test, powder coating adhesive and thickness test. Inspection report confirmed by them are real, justify and effective

d) Goods Inspection System Before Leaving the Factory: The warehouse management will check if goods packed as plan , package quantity and dimension, preparing for loading.
