Warehouse Storage Racking can be configured in a variety of ways and systems, depending on the client& acute;s requirements and Pallet Load.

Whether its frozen food in a cold warehouse utilizing either Drive-in Racking or Mobile Racking (MOVO), or bulk goods, such as products with a & quot;best before date& quot;, that are stored on a FIFO (first in first out) pallet flow system, all goods stored on pallets will be ideally stored by one of these methods as this provides optimal storage economics.

Warehouse Storage Rackings consists of upright frame, beam, pallet support and other standard components.H-bracing and D-bracing connect with upright part by self-lock bolts;

It can effectively prevent racking from losing balance caused by the release of bolts.
The beam can be easily adjusted each 75 mm / 50 mm on the upright to meet your variety loading height requirements.

Our own factory plant was built in 2005, located in No. 21, Buyue rd, Pukou Economic Development Zone, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. Mainly focus on developing and manufacturing : storage racking system and material handling equipment.

We have 30,000 square meters of construction area, 6 nos. of upright, beam and bracing roll-forming lines, 2 nos of fully robotic beam welding machines, 1 no. of steel shelf roll forming production line, 1 no. of steel pallet production line, 40 nos. of carbon dioxide welding machines, complete set of surface pre-treatment and automatic electrostatic powder coating line. Yearly production capacity up to 18,000 tons at present.

About Warranty:

3~10 years warranty in case that
A) Proper handling during operation, correctly forklift handling while stacking/un-stacking
B) Overloading is prohibited
C) Environment request –indoor, dry and not humid circumstance, do not contact with any corrosive chemical material (for zinc plated and powder coated products, no limitation for hot dip galvanized)
D)We will take full responsibility for any manufacturing defect is identified after arrival, would either refund or reship good products to you.
