Antigen information or peptide sequence; Genicbio prepares antigen
Delivery:
5 mg of phosphorylated (unconjugated) and non-phosphorylated peptide respectively;
2 ml of pre-immune serum from each rabbit (or 20-50 祃 from each mouse);
Affinity purified anti-phosphorylated-peptide specific antibody that only reacts with phosphorylated site with titer (ELISA) for phosphorylated peptide >1:24,000, 10x greater than non-phosphorylated peptide (original sera volume of 40~60 ml from each rabbit or 200-500 祃 from each mouse);
All products are delivered as lyophilized powders.
